Her extensive knowledge and expertise are further amplified by her active membership in the National Association of Realtors and her affiliation with the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Matt Cates is a seasoned professional specializing in real estate, sales, and graphic design, with a robust background in corporate leadership, strategic planning, and customer-focused business development.

As Principal of a Memphis based acquisitions company, Matt managed all corporate functions, focusing on growth strategy formulation, compliance oversight, budget evaluations, and nurturing a customer-centric culture. He successfully directed the acquisitions and dispositions of properties while managing vendor relationships, marketing strategies, contract negotiations, the employee lifecycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Matt currently serves as a board member and Past President of the Memphis Investors Group (MIG), committed to empowering real estate investors through education and networking opportunities.

Jenna Fisher is an experienced property management expert with nearly twenty years in both multifamily and single-family housing. She began her journey in 2005, establishing a solid foundation in multifamily operations before shifting to single-family property management in 2022. This extensive background provides her with a distinctive perspective on various property portfolios and resident demographics.

Jenna is accredited with the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO®) from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). Her areas of expertise include rent and fee collections, managing current residents, and overseeing maintenance operations. Before joining Collaborate Real Estate Group, Brooke served as a Store Manager at Starbucks, where they led daily operations, managed a large and diverse team, and oversaw hiring, training, and performance management. Brooke holds a degree in Child and Family Science, giving them a unique understanding of communication, motivation, and team dynamics.
