    Management fees are quoted on the property after a free rental review. The right structure depends on the home, the local rent, and how hands-on you want to be. We will be transparent about pricing before any agreement is signed.
  • Do you handle properties for out-of-state owners?

    Yes. A large share of our owners live outside Memphis. Our reporting, owner portal, and direct communication are built specifically so distance is not the difference between a profitable rental and a problematic one.
  • How long does it take to lease a vacant property?

    Most CREG-managed homes lease within 14 to 30 days once they are market-ready. The variable is condition, pricing, and presentation. We will tell you what the home should rent for and what to expect on timeline before we begin marketing.
  • What if I want to sell the property someday?

    Our team is licensed, so we can handle the listing and sale when you are ready. Many owners use us for property management for years before selling, and the transition is straightforward when we already know the home and the resident.
