Scott L. King
Scott founded CREG to bring a hands-on, quality-over-quantity approach to single-family property management in Memphis. He leads asset strategy, owner relationships, and the company’s long-term direction.
Diane Robison
Diane has been in real estate since 1983. She holds the GRI, SRES, and Certified Stager designations and is active in NAR and NARPM. Owners come back to Diane for her judgment and steady way of solving problems.
Matthew Cates
Matt brings a background in real estate acquisitions and corporate leadership. He is a board member and past president of the Memphis Investors Group, and the person most new CREG clients meet first.
Jenna Fisher
Jenna has nearly two decades in property management and holds the ARM® designation from IREM and the CPO® from NAHMA. She owns rent collection, resident relations, and maintenance coordination at CREG.
Brooke Vandergriff
Brooke runs the systems behind the business: the processes, marketing, and day-to-day coordination that keep everything moving. Her background in operations leadership shows in how she organizes work.
Hank Yoachum
Hank previously served as Service Manager for a portfolio of 6,000+ rental homes. He brings deep maintenance and HVAC expertise and handles inspections, vendor coordination, and on-site response.
